So I went in to buy some chicken for my brothers birthday I’ve had positive reviews about this place till today April 2 2026 there was a BABY COCKROACH in my food and it came out of the food makes me wonder how the food conditions are so I went for a refund and the guy was understanding but the manager wouldn’t give me a full refund without bringing the whole food back not just the cockroach plate so I went back and brought it all back and what made it so much worse was tht the lady was shorting me a dollar from what I paid which is already unacceptable wouldn’t recommend unless you want to experience something similar.

First time trying this place and was surprised that the cook threw the catfish on top of the fries. Got home and the chicken and fries was dry and cold seriously??? Horrible and sad!!!😢

Had a fantastic meal at Luci's Chicken & Rice. The chicken was tender, juicy, and full of flavor, paired perfectly with seasoned rice that was delicious. Portions were generous and everything came out hot and fresh. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout the visit. The atmosphere was casual, clean, and comfortable. Great value, great service, and a spot I’ll definitely be coming back to again!

I have been going here for 3 years and never have I ever had the service and food I received yesterday on Sunday September 7,2025 I went I got a 10 piece mix with the 2 sides. First if you get the 10 pc mixed with 3 sides and free 2 liter it's 25$ and some change. Well I got the 10 pc with 2 sides and paid the exact price I always pay for the one with 3 sides??? I don't understand why it was the exact same price. Now the chicken had sat out all day it wasn't fresh I have never received unfreshed chicken before so when I got home and seen this BS I was mad. I'm not coming back I was overcharged and look at this chicken it's not fresh I had 2 pieces that was fresh and the red was dark and old looking. The lady that waited on me had an attitude I'm not coming back. I guess she thought it was my first time coming but I been coming here 3 years. I'm not coming back. I'm trying to post a picture

I recently visited Luci’s Chicken in Irving and tried their 3-piece chicken. It was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning. The portion size was generous and very satisfying. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. If you’re in Irving, Luci’s Chicken is a must-visit for some amazing fried chicken. Highly recommended!
